How It Functions

The HEPA filter air cleaner functions in three ways, namely interception, impaction and diffusion. Because they are composed of randomly ordered fibers, they are very effective when it comes to filtering capacities. They trap pollutants and other hazardous elements that can cause illness. They fist act to intercept a line of air stream that is one radius away from it. The air adheres to the filters and thus the first process starts. The second step involves impaction where huge molecules are filtered by the minute fibers in the system. The particles become smaller and smaller as the air moves through the set of fibers laid out in the system. Lastly, the air undergoes diffusion where it collides with other gas particles.

The HEPA filter air cleaner system has indeed a lot of uses. It is proven to be very efficient in eliminating all the harmful particles in the air we breathe. Although we cannot fully eradicate all the environmental hazards in the air, we can definitely lessen it through the use of a HEPA filter air cleaner system.
