The majority of people are grateful for good service and good products so if you are a reputable online seller, word will get around and your business should skyrocket.  Do not be afraid of negative feedback.  Unless the negative feedback is warranted, it is usually scam artists who leave it so take the good with the bad.  While people are bidding on your items and the high bidder wants to back out at the end, politely ask them to pay for the listing fee and the auction commission.  People worthy of doing business with will understand and will oblige.  You will also want to ensure that your website has a good presentation.  By ensuring that your grammar is correct your ad is likely to receive higher bids.
